*Please note that with the exception of the Obstructive Sleep Apnea & Anaesthesia,
you will need to be registered for the main conference in order to join the other workshops.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Secretariat must be notified in writing of all cancellations. Refund will be
made after the Conference. The refund policy is as follows:
cancellation on or before 15th May 2013 : 50% refund
Cancellation after 15th May 2013 : Nil

Financial Services
Medical residents, trainees, students, and other guests that may have difficulty paying for the trip are welcome to apply for outside financing. A short term loan can be used to pay for both the main conference and all additional pre-congress workshops. If your university provides financial help for educational conferences and programs, you should check with your school's financial aid department first to see what options are available.
